Your files never leave your device
Every cleaning operation — removing duplicates, formatting phone numbers, cleaning emails, splitting names, combining columns — runs entirely inside your web browser using client-side JavaScript. The contents of the files you clean are never transmitted to, stored on, or processed by Sigmera servers. This is GDPR-safe by design: because zero file data leaves your device, there is nothing for us to lose, leak, or sell.
What we do collect
If you create an account, we store the email address you sign in with so we can give you access to your workspace. We use privacy-friendly product analytics (PostHog) to understand which features are used, in aggregate. These analytics use cookies and are on by default; a banner lets you decline at any time, which turns them off on your device. We do not use advertising trackers. None of this ever touches your uploaded file data, which is processed entirely in your browser and never leaves your device.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the account data we hold about you at any time via our contact form.
